Get tickets now for Reception at Winterfest On Broadway!

For Immediate Release January 22, 2009

GREEN BAY, Wis.— The 6th Annual Winterfest On Broadway is Saturday, January 31, 2009 in Green Bay’s downtown Broadway District from 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. After a long day of outdoor fun including games, ice sculpting and a chili cook-off, join us for two new fantastic events at this year’s Winterfest On Broadway!

From 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. join us for the special Reception at Titletown Brewing Co. Taking place under the outdoor awning, the reception offers the perfect view of the other new event, the Oneida Nation Balloon Glow.

The reception is especially important, as it features a Live and Silent Auction to raise funds for On Broadway, Inc. and its revitalization efforts for the Broadway District. WBAY anchorman Bill Jartz will emcee the live auction, which featuring items like a one-of-a-kind wood carving from internationally renowned artist Jamie Doeren, a Green Bay Gamblers Hockey Package and a Custom Wedding Cake from Monzú Bistro.

Bidders and non-bidders alike can enjoy beverages from Titletown Brewing Co., Rehorst Vodka, Captain’s Walk Winery and Von Stiehl Winery, especially as they will be served via a seven foot bar made of solid-ice, created by Krystal Kleer Ice Sculptures! Hors’ de oeuvres are available, and Winterfest event sponsor Husqvarna will be honored with a Chainsaw Cake.

Cost to attend this special reception is $15 per person. Must be 21 years of age to attend, and dress appropriately as reception is outside under the awning with external heaters.

Titletown Brewing Co. [200 Dousman St.] from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

The Reception at Titletown Brewing Co. is a fundraiser for On Broadway, Inc. Funds will help continue the growth and revitalization of the Broadway District in downtown Green Bay.
