Since 1995, OBI has impacted the Broadway District by:

 

  • Netting over 907 jobs
  • Netting over 89 businesses
  • Growing the Tax Base from $25 mil to $70 mil
  • Attracting over 200,000 people yearly for District Events

  • Community Donations (26%)
  • Grants (5%)
  • District Business and Property Owners (10%)
  • Projects (59%) (Events, Larsen Development, Other Projects)
